  Following the recommendation of the Penang Hi-Rise Unit Owners Association and as
  agreed on our AGM on May 21, 2006 we arranged a 'company search' with the SSM:
  results = while the information should be updated,  the last financial information
  registered with the SSM by our developer about 'our Miami Green accounts' are the
  figures for the Financial Year ended 30-06-1998 ***/:

  of the Miami Green common property areas from the 'First AGM' onwards (expected end of
  2006 or beginning 2007) any credit, e.g. a Sinking Fund accumulating RM 2 mio would enable
  us to operate, while empty accounts would force us to re-establish a new Sinking Fund 
  i.e. such a case every fellow-owner had to pay-in again new RM 4-5,000.00 !??
