shall certainly see their election into |

Council as an expression of all neighbours'
trust, valuation and honor they are |

inventing the above we create an easing sober
transparency: |

in
view of an income from Service Charges of approx.
one million Ringitt annually, we tell clearly |

don't want = "good relations by money under
the table" - and |

= a prudent, clever, transparent and ethical
business conduct!!! |

►
on the developers' 'First AGM' all owners will be
requested to vote for or against an adoption |
| |
of these terms in order that they become a legally
valid 'by-law' |
