1./      Information about the Miami Green Accounts

On behalf of the speakers of the ‘Miami Green Cash Buyers Action Committee’

I wish to thank you for giving us the documentation obtained a week ago.

This is being checked now professionally and we hope to receive a positive

judgement shortly. Again thank you very much!

 

2./      Schedule for the Strata Title

Over the last months I received repeatedly verbal assurances that the S/T

is being expected by yourselves “end of this year” – matching perfectly the

Strata Title Board’s general information about the necessary period nowadays.

 

Please, being aware of the consequential steps which you as developer will do

once the S/T will hv been issued to yourselves, I would appreciate very much

and would be most grateful if you would kindly keep me informed about this

particular matter (your receipt of the S/T) so that we as committee can

co-operate parallel towards all owners and achieve that the “First AGM’ will

turn out as a success to the benefit of you and for all owners!
