you today because of certain meetings in town):

●   our committee has been enriched now by Mr. Barry and his personal expertise

    fr more than 20 years in property management biz - including security-service !!!

●   and likewise is our 11 heads’ committee m/w absolutely determined to make

    use of our collective power and multiple connections and influences:

    surely Trans-Intan’s interest aims only somehow into the same direction,

    while our committee is now definitely able – provided you give us the chance

    to prove it – to ensure the actual enforcement of job-specifications for the

    security guards !!!

 

Please give us the chance to make Miami Green your master-piece, yr show-piece!!!

Dear Mr. Loh,

 

re       inventing actual security for the Miami Green Resort

          our meeting on 27^th Nov 2006

 

thinking over the result of our discussion on 27^th November [the installation of

glass-doors with access-cards & CCTV] and discussing it within our committee

has lead us to realizing that the installation of these technical features is a

forced, very costly compromise which has become necessary only because the

present security service company is just not delivering the job!!!

 

▪         some owners say, that glass-doors in wodden frames plus doors plus the

additional desk for the additional guards spoil the beauty of the present

architecture

▪         others fear, this installation for 5 blocks will empty our accounts

▪         but the most important argument is this:

          why should we costly enlarge the present setup together with Sasa

          if it is exactly only Sasa’s inability that makes these technical features

          necessary?!!!

 

The summary of our discussion is simultaniously our urging request to you:

►       please do not order these glass-doors ++

respect. please cancell or at least put it on ‘hold’

►       please let us together ensure that the job-specification for Sasa in

          principle and for all the individual guards personally will be enforced

          (we are convinced that enforcing the job-specification will solve our

          our security-problems!)

►       for that let us have another security-meeting for the purpose that

1./      the security-contract with (job requirements for) Sasa is made

available to us in detail

2./      in case we should together recognized that the job-specification

is not up to the standard required by us (see enclosure) the

missing pointswill be implemented into the contract with Sasa!

 

Of course we would be glad to have this next security-meeting with yourself

during the next days – however, as you will be leaving Belleview shortly, we will be

more than glad to solve the security-problems at Miami Green in close cooperation

with your Mr. Regan!?
